Neuromanagement Brazilian Forum 2012
Brazil is very active regarding neuromarketing events, as Neuromanagement Brazilian Forum (Fórum Brasileiro de Neurogestão) will take place in São Paulo, on the 16th of October 2012. At this meeting, 4 Professors FGV (Fundação Getulio Vargas, a Brazilian higher education institution that offers regular courses of Economics, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences and Information Technology Management) will discuss the emerging theme of neuromanagement, which aims to improve the management of the businesses in order to better undersdtand how the human brain works in teams, individually and systemic. Neuromanagement is supported by 4 pillars: Neurostrategy, Neurolidership, Neuromarketing and Neuroeconomics.
Agenda
08:00 – 08:20 – Registation and Coffee
08:20 – 08:30 – Official opening
08:30 – 10:00 – Neuroeconomics with Robson Gonçalves
- Neuroeconomics – The fields of neuroscience and behavioral economics associated with classical economic theory, shed new light on the behavior and decision making of economic agents: investors, employers, employees and consumers. The emerging theme explains why sometimes emotions rather than cognition, determine economic decisions, giving rise to behavior “irrational” about money and investing.
10:00 – 10:20 – Coffee Break and Networking
10:30 – 12:00 – Neurolidership with José Finocchio
- Neurolidership – The pressure of the corporate world for projects and results often puts us in extreme situations, in which our brain, used to act fast, provides answers and often worsens the problems. Rather than explode before crises, Neurolidership will teach you to understand what is happening in your mind (the head of bosses and subordinates) and how to respond in a better, calm way, in order to obtain better results.
12:00 – 13:30 – Lunch (not included)
13:30 – 15:00 – Neuroestrategy with Luciano Salamacha
- Neurostrategy – Memes, units of cultural transmission, are the purveyors of the strategy of an organization. Neurostrategy comes to understand our ability to learn and disseminate ideas, deciphers the engineering of memes, its constitution, and propagation effects.
15:00 – 15:20 – Coffee Break and Networking
15:30 – 17:20 – Neuromarketing with Marcelo Peruzzo
- Neuromarketing – Through neuroscience, we decode the essence of consumer behavior, trying to understand the logic of consumption (desires, impulses and motivations of individuals), using it for the analysis of neurophysiological reactions to certain stimuli. Our understanding of the new arsenal of tools like eye tracking, face reader, electroencephalogram, skin conductance and fMRI can anticipate behavior of customers and consumers.
17:30 – Good bye note
